    Cubiertos: 4

    fillet of wild salmon
    400 cc extra virgin olive oil
    200 cc rice vinegar
    4 teaspoon wasabi
    salt

    Preparation


    Cut the wild salmon into very thin slices and arrange on a plate.

    Mix the vinaigrette ingredients well and pour over.
