A couple of weeks ago, we raffled a dinner for 2 in Ikura ML restaurant in Madrid.The idea was to be able to taste Alaska Seafood products. The five winners were able to enjoy the incredible meal prepared by Jaime Finol, Ikura´s chef. On November 21st a few selected guests, which included specialized press and Madrid top chefs, were invited to try the variety of Alaska Seafood products prepared by Joaquín Felipe in his recently inaugurated restaurant. Great food, great people and great discussions on how to cook and the reasons that make Alaska Seafood products so special are a good summary of the night.
