On November 21st a few selected guests, which included specialized press and Madrid top chefs, were invited to try the variety of Alaska Seafood products prepared by JoaquÃn Felipe in his recently inaugurated restaurant.
Great food, great people and great discussions on how to cook and the reasons that make Alaska Seafood products so special are a good summary of the night.
Below, the pictures of the dishes served: potato salad with Wild Salmon tartar, ravioli with ikura, keta Salmon burger and Black Cod with eggplant and Miso.
